The best place for you will be Concession Music Restaurant, the place where the thick shanghai atmosphere is swallowed by loud music which makes normal conversations out of the question. For sure you will have fun if you try their special drink "Ba Gua Lien Jun" (Eight-Nation United Army).
Be aware that minimum charge Sunday through Wednesday is NT$200, and NT$300(credit card accepted) on Thursday through Saturday.
